Hit Point Wrestling: Pt. 20 What Did We Just Witness?

Ring Announcer: Introducing first the challenger from none of your business weighing in at 275lbs Victor Muse.

*Victor Muse stood with his hands behind him and a smirk on his face as he stared daggers across the ring at the Champion.*

And his opponent from Allentown Pennsylvania weighing in at 265lbs, the HPW World heavyweight champion Mitch Blake.

*Mitch Blake raised the title in the air for the crowd to see, then handed it to the Referee who took it out of the cage. The Referees closed the cage door and the bell rung*

Kurt Stokes: And it’s on! the match we all have been waiting for since the birth of Victor Muse *three weeks ago. How excited are you Larry.

Larry Boyd: Well Kurt I’m more excited than this sold out crowd we have tonight, Let’s get into it.

~10 minutes into the match~

Kurt Stokes: OH DAMN! Victor Muse with the code breaker as Mitch Blake is trapped between the rope and the cage.

Larry Boyd: Mitch Blake’s body just bounced back and forth between the cage and ropes. These men are trying to commit murder tonight for the HPW World Heavyweight championship.

*Victor Mused pulled Mitch Blake into the ring and covered him.*

Referee: 1…2..

*Mitch Blake kicked out at the last minute. Victor got frustrated, he got up and began to climb out the cage. *

Larry Boyd: I’m really surprised Mitch Blake kicked out of that. Incredible resilience from the champion, but he has to hurry up and get up before Victor Muse escapes the cage.

Kurt Stokes: Mitch Blake is a Warrior who always pulls through in a clutch.

*Mitch Blake gets to his feet and manages to grab the leg of Victor Muse who tries to kick him. Mitch Blake grabbed his other leg and yanked Victor Muse off the cage causing him to fall face first on the mat.*

Kurt Stokes: Mitch Blake is strong as shit DAMN!

Larry Boyd: He is a powerful man, that’s why Quinn Rain went to the darkest parts of his heart when attempted to end the career of Mitch Blake with those steps four weeks ago.

*Mitch Blake rolled Victor Muse on to his back and covered him for the pin*

Referee: 1…2..

*Victor Muse kicked out of the pin attempt. Mitch Blake got up to his feet and lifted Victor Muse up to his feet. Mitch Blake lifted Victor Muse up onto his shoulder and rammed him into the cage. Before he dropped him he turned around and power slammed him on the mat, then covered him for the pin.*

Referee: 1…2..

Kurt Stokes: What the hell? Why would Mitch Blake interrupt his own win? He had this with that move.

Larry Boyd: I have no clue why. Let’s hope he has a plan.

*Mitch Blake connected two punches to the forehead of Victor Muse before he lifted him to his feet. Mitch Blake put Victor Muse back on his shoulders, and once again rammed him into the cage before power slamming him on the mat. This time he didn’t cover him, instead he climbed the cage.*

Kurt Stokes: Ok I guess escaping after a big move like that is smarter, nice plan.

Larry Boyd: He is almost to the top and Victor Muse hasn’t moved yet.

Kurt Stokes: Mitch Blake is at the top of the cage. All he has to do now is climb down and he retains his titles.

Larry Boyd: Kurt what is Mitch Blake doing? Why is he standing on the top of the cage?

*Mitch Blake comes flying off the cage ready to hit Victor Muse with the Big Splash off the top rope. Victor Muse rolls out the way and Mitch Blake comes crashing down to the mat bouncing his body as he hits the mat. Victor Muse crawls over and covers Mitch Blake with one arm.*

Referee: 1…2…3! RING THE BELL!

Ring Announcer: The winner and new HPW World Heavyweight Champion Victor Muse.

Kurt Stokes: Larry, what the hell did we just witness?

Larry Boyd: Kurt I wouldn’t even know where to begin to explain what we just witnessed. Mitch Blake had the win, but went for the high risk maneuver then crashed and got burnt.

Kurt Stokes: I don’t understand what possess him to make that idiotic decision. High risk with no reward buddy shaking my head.

Larry Boyd: Well that brings us to the end of Destruction In December. Stay tuned to the aftermath of tonight’s events next week on HPW.
